CW614N

CW614N (chemical designation CuZn39Pb3) is the primary European standard free-machining brass defined under EN 12164 (rods for free machining) and EN 12167 (profiles and rectangular bars). Structured with an $(\alpha + \beta)$ duplex phase and a controlled $2.5\% - 3.5\%$ lead dispersion, it is engineered specifically for high-speed, high-volume automated turning, CNC milling, and Swiss-screw machining operations.
